Why we ask for your details

Cleanverse International Pte Ltd uses the name, organisation, job role, email, optional contact details and partnership preferences you provide to respond to your requested enquiry, route it to an appropriate colleague, arrange a discussion you request and maintain a record of the relationship. This form does not perform identity verification, investor qualification, customer account opening, merchant approval, network admission or an investment subscription.

Requested follow-up and optional marketing

The required checkbox records your request to be contacted about your selected partnership interests. General product updates and event invitations require the separate optional marketing choice. That choice is not selected by default and is not a condition of submitting an enquiry. The system stores the notice version, the text shown and the time and choices associated with each submission. A later request can be recorded against the same email address without disclosing an existing record to the person submitting the form.

How we record sources

Campaign links and QR codes can identify a channel, a campaign asset and the Cleanverse employee assigned to that link. We keep the first recorded source and later interactions separately, so employee contribution can be measured without repeatedly counting the same email address as a new contact. Staff source codes do not establish that an employee personally met you. Optional campaign tags are recorded as unverified metadata. A small, necessary session cookie protects forms and administrator access; this application does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Access, hosting and disclosure

Access to enquiry records is restricted to the authorised administrator and designated colleagues who receive an authorised export for follow-up. We may use service providers operating under appropriate access and data-processing arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights, using an appropriate process. Your data is not published on a blockchain or on a public lead directory.

Deployment and processing arrangements: Hosted on Amazon Web Services (EC2) in Singapore (ap-southeast-1), operated by Cleanverse. No other processors receive enquiry data.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, the responsible team must use the safeguards required for the applicable transfer. Ask us if you need further information about the processing of your enquiry.

Retention and shared devices

Our operational review period for unqualified enquiries without continuing activity is 365 days. At review, we delete or anonymise data no longer needed, unless an ongoing relationship or applicable retention requirement justifies keeping it. This is a review policy, not a guarantee that all data is automatically deleted on a particular date. Backup copies follow the applicable backup retention schedule.

On a shared iPad, the form clears after successful submission and after inactivity. The application does not keep contact details in browser local storage. If the network fails, no successful submission is displayed without server confirmation. Information typed but not submitted remains in the current page until it is reset or closed.

Your choices and contact

You may request access or correction, ask us to stop further contact, withdraw optional marketing consent or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Email [email protected] and state “Partnership privacy request”. We may need reasonable verification to ensure we act on the correct person’s record. Withdrawing marketing does not prevent us from responding to a specific new request you make.

Please do not submit identity documents, financial-account numbers, customer lists, health information or confidential third-party materials through this form.
